This is a great bike shop.  The staff is very experienced, dedicated, and helpful.  They are willing to give you whatever individualized attention you need on whatever level you need it.  This is a friendly, local bike shop, and well worth the trip.  They are not interested in the quick sale, but in cultivating you as a long term customer.  The prices are reasonable for both repairs and for new bikes, I will be bringing my business here!

My experience with Dirty Harry's is that it is a truly unique bike shop that is more interested in my complete satisfaction than they are in making a sale. The entire staff there is oviously passionate about biking (all biking). They are absolutely the most knowledgeable and experienced bike people I have ever met. The owner (Barry) always greets you with a big smile and is eager to talk bikes with anyone. And, if you need a repair, the service department is second to none. I can't recommend this shop highly enough! If you're into biking, check them out! You won't be disappointed.

My favorite bike store in Pittsburgh.  I live 3 blocks from two other shops, but I often will drive out to DH's just because the guys out there are so cool.  Barry, the owner, is an awesome guy.  I've bought a cross bike from them and had many small repairs done.  They're always fun to talk to.
