  Great local shop.  I needed a longer axle for my kid's real wheel so as to accommodate the training wheels.  The mechanic took the time to find one for me even though it was a super cheap item.  I really appreciate their patience and friendliness.

  Creep. I called the shop and asked if they had entry level road bikes between 500-700 in a certain size and he said "yes, I have a couple". So I drive 30 minutes and he had one at $750 and one at $995. Really? Are either of this bikes between 500-700???
  
  He told me I should have been more specific, like it was my fault. No apology, no nothing.
  
  Wish I can give zero stars.
