  We've had nothing but awesome experiences at this bike shop.  We have now purchased two bikes here, and the owner even took time out of his personal schedule to help us teach one daughter to ride.  The small business bonuses here are endless, as you get tons of personal attention, answers to all of your questions, and great advice on all things bike related.  We will definitely be buying other bikes at Freeride in the coming months!

  I have purchased three bikes from thsi shop: one for myself, one for my son, and one for my daughter.  On each occasion I received exceptional customer service.  The owner personally made sure that my daughter's bike was rush shipped and arrived in time for her birthday, for example.  Each time i visit the shop I am always so pleased with the attention and service I receive.  I would not hesitate to recommend this shop to anyone looking for a bike- I think it is a great example of a small business that is run very, very well!!

  I had a bad experience here.  I looked at a lot of bikes online but ultimately decided to get a bike here , and pay a good bit more, in an effort to support local business.  The owner was so nice and told me I would be taken care of if anything ever happened to the bike.  I believed him.  I shouldn't have.  A month after I had the bike I discovered the tires were dry rotted.  The owner wasn't willing to do anything about it.  I was really disappointed.  He did say he would call the manufacturer to see if they would do anything about it and call me back to let me know what they said.  I never heard back from him.  I won't be back in for anything.  I should have just ordered online.  At least I would have saved a good bit of money.
